Pre-registration

The organizing committee strongly recommends you to register for the ICOP2016 scientific meeting in advance to receive the full benefits of a smooth on site check-in, a free lunch box and a ticket for the welcome reception (IASP OFP SIG members and AACMD members).

Early Bird Registration Period

Sign up for pre-registration is now closed. We received a large number of your application, Thank you very much.

Pre-registration is strongly recommended. Pre-registration is also requested for IASP OFP SIG members despite there being NO charge. Only those who have registered in advance may receive a free lunch box each day and attend the reception. Please show your pre-registration form at the registration desk and receive a ticket for the lunch box.

Due to space limitations, pre-registration for the welcome reception will be closed after the application reaches the capacity. Registration for the reception will be accepted up to 150 for SIG on OFP, AACMD and JSOP members.

Registration fee will be collected on site and NOT online.

JSOP offers a discounted registration fee to AACMD members who are going to attend WCP2016 at Yokohama if they e-mail a copy of the receipt of the registration for the WCP2016. Please send an e-mail with an attached file of the receipt to the ICOP2016 office. You may not receive the benefit of a discount without the receipt for WCP2016.
